Product Features:- Heavy gauge steel body is electrostatically painted and heat cured to original equipment specifications
- Rubber o-ring piston seal, the most effective type of hydraulic seal, helps prevent fluid leakage around the piston, forcing the fluid to pass efficiently through piston valving components, providing controlled lift and consistent performance
- Teflon backup ring enhances performance through improved oil and gas pressure sealing
- Upper bushing is manufactured with bearing-quality precision to provide exact fit with piston rod and promote longer operating life
- Self-cleaning piston assembly automatically opens during each compression cycle to keep orifice clear of fluid contaminants and provide smoother operation and more reliable performance
- Unique, patented multi-lobe seal makes these gas lift supports more tolerant to shaft imperfections, vibration, temperature extremes and shaft contamination
- Hardened, chromium-plated steel shaft is precision-ground and polished for superior corrosion resistance and leak-free sealing
- Exclusive, patented Temperature Compensation Module valve ensures consistent operation even in extreme weather conditions by compensating for normal gas pressure changes caused by temperature variations
